Refund policy

Every item is made to order specifically for you with all my heart. Once your order is received it can not be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

All sales are final. Cancellations, Refunds and Exchanges are not accepted. All information is provided in the Item description as well as the photos attached to each listing. I do not stock items. As soon as your order is received the process of ordering supplies has begun and can not be altered. Please order accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.

Wrong or Defective Item Received: Deadline is 2 weeks from your delivery date.

Please contact me within 2 weeks of receiving your order with images of the problem. If I made a mistake, I sincerely apologize and will work with you diligently to correct the problem in a timely manner. Please do not wear, wash or use the incorrect or damaged item. I will provide a paid return label to ship it back to me.

All eligible items* must be returned within 15 days with original tags attached and in new condition for a store credit. 

*Ineligible items include: FINAL SALE (or items marked down 40% or more), mystery mailers, monogrammed/personalized products, earrings, leggings, bodysuits, hair accessories, swimsuit one pieces and bottoms, socks, and gift cards.

Return Policy:
    • Within 15 days after receipt, with the tags attached by mail: Receive a store credit for the purchase price 
    • By Mail: Email kristie@sassypantstees.com to initiate a return.  Upon approval send your item with tracking to: SassyPantsTees, 2761 Orchard St, Newfane, NY 14108. Postage is non-refundable
  • Holiday Return Policy: All eligible gift purchases after 12/1 may be exchanged or returned for store credit until 1/18.

  • FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for credit or refund. No exceptions.
