The Brand Rep will be in contract for a period of 3 months. If things work out for both, we will extend the terms for a longer period of time that both parties agree on. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a signed contract from your guardian in order to be a rep.

What’s Involved As A Brand Rep

– Having a public and very active Instagram account with over 500 followers. You must have good engagement on your posts to qualify.

– Actively participating and posting within our customer Facebook group.

– Having an active Pinterest account with a minimum of 500 followers and regularly pinning items from our website as well as personal pictures of our clothes. This includes repining from the brand's Pinterest account.

– Having at least 3,000 followers on TikTok and actively making videos. You must be getting at least 100 views on your videos.

– Minimum of 2 purchases a month so that you are promoting items that we are currently carrying.

– Genuine love, support, and enthusiasm for the products and brand shown in comments on Instagram. If we find that you are buying your likes or comments, you forfeit your contract.

– Actively searches #sassypantstees and associated hashtags. Comments on other people’s photos and shows support for other brand reps.

– Promotes the brand on your own social media (Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest, TikTok) through photography wearing their clothing twice a month or once every 2 weeks. Please photos clear and free from clutter as much as possible. Selfies are OK, but at least 1 of the photos needs to be a full body shot.

– Email unwatermarked photos to kristie@sassypantstees.com. Any photos sent will become property of SassyPantsTees and may be used as we see fit for the brand.

– Promotes and shares company announcements such as promotions, contests, launches, and events.

– SassyPantsTees reserves the right to use any and all photographs on all social media accounts, promotional flyers and all advertisements.

What The Brand Rep Gets In Return

– A unique 50% off code to be used on all items purchased. All items purchased must be promoted. If we find you are abusing the discount without promoting the items, your contract will be forfeited.

– A 10% off unique coupon code for family, friends and your followers for the duration of the term. We will track all sales brought in via this link. It is not permitted to be shared within the customer Facebook group.

– Lots of love, support, and appreciation

– Exposure on SassyPantsTees social media outlets

End Contract

We have the right to withdraw you from the contract at anytime, without question if we find you are not abiding to all the terms and conditions.
