Our dye process is done by printing a special sublimation ink onto special sublimation transfer paper. When heat pressed with an industrial press, the ink actually becomes a part of the patch. The image transferred onto your patch won’t crack or peel over time like vinyl or screenprint would. The finish is also smooth, soft, and stylish because it literally becomes one with the patch. Your patch will be permanently attached to the hat and IS NOT removeable.
